Annual University Campaign
A message to the CMU community
Why is it important to give to the Annual University Campaign? Here is some insight from our 2009 co-chairs - Barb Lindley and Tom Masterson:
"
I am pleased to serve as co-chair for the Annual University Campaign especially since I am committed to serving and supporting Central Michigan University. The collaboration of our students, faculty and staff all contribute to the quality and fine reputation of our university. By supporting this campaign, you can provide funding for student scholarships or your favorite program or department. Remember that the university will match your generous gifts and pledges with $1 for every $2 donated. In these difficult economic times, we can truly make a difference and continue to offer excellent educational experiences and opportunities for our students. " - Barb Lindley
"It is an honor to be a co-chair for this year’s Annual University Campaign. Over the years I have seen many different sides to CMU, and I have come to appreciate how well this university runs given the limited resources available to us. The Annual University Campaign provides an avenue for all of us to help maintain CMU’s standard of excellence in all that we do. What’s so great about this Campaign is that we can designate which programs, scholarships, and services will receive our contribution. The fact that CMU will match $1 for every $2 given, means every gift will make a big impact at CMU. My family and I hope you will consider making a contribution to this important Campaign and help us keep CMU at the forefront of excellence in higher education." - Tom Masterson
