| Answering Parent Calls: Partnering with Parents to Provide Great Service Designed specifically with front line call staff in mind, this 2 hour training will build your confidence in serving the needs of parents and students, even though you may have to say no to some specific requests. Facts and myths of FERPA are covered, along with some de-escalation techniques which could be used with parents who may be upset.
