Welcome to University Health Services!

We offer a wide variety of health care services and programs to CMU students, their spouses and other authorized users. There is a charge for the care we provide, but payment is not required on the date of service.

Our same day/future date appointment system allows you to schedule at a time convenient for you and minimizes waiting time when you arrive.

Walk-in Service for serious illnesses and injuries requiring urgent attention is available in the Primary Care Suite of Health Services, Foust 200.

H1N1 Flu Vaccine - Beginning Monday, December 14, 2009 we will be opening up the availability of  H1N1 vaccine to the CMU community.  This includes faculty, staff, spouses and dependents 14 years of age an over.  The cost of vaccine administration is $15.00 and can be billed to insurance.  Vaccine times are 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. & 1:30 - 4:30 p.m.  For more information, call extension 6589.

Seasonal Flu Vaccine- Seasonal flu vaccine is available in Foust 200.  Vaccine times are
Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. & 1:30 - 4:30 p.m.
