STEM Scholarship

Please use the form below to apply for the STEM Scholarship.

Qualifications for the STEM Scholarship include:

majoring or intending to major in any program in the College of Science and Engineering or Neuroscience
be an incoming freshman, current freshman, or sophomore with an overall GPA of at least 3.0.

This scholarship may be renewed up to four times following the initial award.

List the name, county, city and state of the high school you graduated from and the date of your graduation.

If you are a current freshman or sophomore, please request a letter of recommendation to be emailed to galar1tl@cmich.edu.

Please describe your demonstrated experience in or commitment to working with historically underserved or underprivileged populations or experience living or working in diverse environments (maximum 1,800 characters).
