As an Alpha participant you will participate in four interactive development sessions and a graduation ceremony. During the four sessions you will be guided by experienced student facilitators and hear from known campus leaders, network with other students, and continue to explore and develop your leadership potential.
 

Alpha will be held on Thursday evenings beginning March 13, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. and will continue to April 10, 2008.

As part of the Central Michigan University Leadership Educational and Development program, the Alpha Student Leadership Experience is your first opportunity toward developing your own leadership style. As a participant in the Alpha Experience, you will get an overview of :

• Personal and team leadership

• Community membership & volunteerism

• Effective communication

• Campus leadership resources
