Housing Sign-Up for Returning Students

2024-2025 Housing sign-up

For current residents, the 2024-2025 academic year housing sign-up for residence halls and Graduate Housing will open Tuesday, Jan. 16.

Apply according to this schedule:

Tuesday, Jan. 16 at 9 a.m. – Friday, Jan. 19 at 11:59 p.m.: Returning to the same room
Tuesday, Jan. 23 at 9 a.m. – Friday, Jan. 26 at 11:59 p.m.: Priority selection for students living on campus since fall 2022 (returning year 3+), transfer students and current Northwest Apartments residents for any open residence hall space
Tuesday, Jan. 30 at 9 a.m. – Friday, Feb. 2 at 11:59 p.m.: Returning to the same residence hall, different room
Wednesday, Feb. 7 at 9 a.m. until 11:59 p.m.: Open selection for space in Campbell, Fabiano or Kesseler
Thursday, Feb. 8 at 9 a.m. until 11:59 p.m.: Open selection for space in Carey Hall (the seventh and eighth floors will be set aside for incoming first-year students)
Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 9 a.m. – May 1 at 11:59 p.m.: Open selection for all remaining spaces. Reminder: Wheeler Hall, 2-person standard hall suite, returns for open selection.
Tuesday, March 12 at 9 a.m.: Wishlist opens. Students may sign up for the Wishlist if they do not receive their housing of choice. Students must have a housing assignment to sign up on the Wishlist and will be contacted by phone if we are able to accommodate their request.

Tuesday, Jan. 16 at 9 a.m. – Friday, Jan. 19 at 11:59 p.m.: Returning to the same unit
Tuesday, Jan. 30 at 9 a.m. – Friday, March 1 at 11:59 p.m.: Returning to the same community, different unit
Tuesday, March 12 at 9 a.m.: Wishlist opens. Students may sign up for the Wishlist if they do not receive their housing of choice. Students must have a housing assignment to sign up on the Wishlist and will be contacted by phone if we are able to accommodate their request.
