You may have heard about CMU’s reputation for friendliness. Most alumnae and current students would agree that it is one of the more notable characteristics of Central Michigan University. You might have noticed it for yourself in your visits to campus. People say hello to one another on the street, hold the doors open for each other and take an interest in meeting the other people in this community. From this basis of friendliness we’re all helping to create a culture of caring that will make CMU a safer, more involved community. Every part of CMU must unite to carry out this goal; each department, organization and individual has a role to play. We’re committed to doing everything we can to Take Care of each other.
