Public Health Division

The public health program is for those who want to teach others how to lead healthier lives. With the knowledge that our lifestyles affect our health, well-being, and longevity. Americans have an increased interest in practicing healthier lifestyles to improve their quality of life.

As a community health professional, you will inform and motivate people to lead healthy lifestyles. Your duties may include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating community health education programs and services. Whether you work in a classroom or a health agency, you will receive academic preparation in health sciences and develop educational, organizational and leadership skills. You will also learn to work effectively with people.  

The bachelor's and master's degree in public health are accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH).
