Baber Room Exhibition Space
Experience thought-provoking art exhibitions, artist lectures, gallery talks and poetry reading in the Baber Room. Enrich yourself and enjoy presentations curated by professional artists and library staff throughout the year. Whether you're a student, alumni or community member, there's always something to discover in the Baber Room Exhibitions.
We'd love to hear your proposal for art exhibits and traveling shows. Library-related items outside of the fine arts are also be considered for display at the discretion of the Library Art Committee.
Third Floor Exhibition Space
We take pride in the exhibitions by members of our CMU community, including work done by students, class projects or even student organizations, and we invite you to enjoy them too. With 80 linear feet of exhibit surface, eight feet of wall height and up to four feet in depth, the Third Floor Exhibitions space is the perfect home for displayed art, presentations on historical and cultural subjects, highlights of academic topics and even traveling shows.
What would you like to see? We invite students, faculty and staff to submit proposals for exhibitions.
Fourth Floor Exhibition Space
A variety of interpretive exhibits are often temporarily exhibited on the fourth floor level.
