Master of Health Administration Program Details
Our Master of Health Administration (MHA) program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) through 2026. The online format of our MHA program provides a flexible option to those wanting to advance their careers. Offering classes online enables the opportunity to take classes from any part of our nation, as well as internationally. Courses are offered in an eight-week format, with two courses per semester, and the degree may be completed in two and one-half years. Depending on your work experience, you will be prepared to take on entry-level, mid-career and senior healthcare management jobs. You can learn more about our program's cost of attendance, curriculum, faculty, and student outcomes on the CAHME website.
The MHA program gives you a range of advanced multidisciplinary skills and experiences you may need as you take on management and leadership roles in very different types of healthcare settings. In addition to management education, the 51-credit-hour MHA program will include courses in health systems and operations, healthcare finance, healthcare quality, managerial epidemiology, healthcare law, quantitative methods, marketing, health economics, organization behavior, and human resources and planning.
