Eighty-Six Reasons for Asylum Admission 

Feb. 28 - July 20, 2025

Join us in Park Library’s Baber Room Gallery for our new exhibition, 86 Reasons for Asylum Admission by Kimberly Chapman.

Through delicate porcelain sculpture and vintage tintype images, Kimberly Chapman sheds light on difficult topics including historical narratives of what women endured in mental asylums.

Artist Reception, walk-throughs, and gallery are free and open to the public when the main library is open.
