Certification-to-Credit Program Details
This program applies only to students admitted to the Master of Science in Administration program at Central Michigan University. Certification credit cannot be applied to graduate certificates. The certification will be evaluated at the time of your initial application.
You must be in good standing with your certification at the time you request credit. Early advising is recommended to avoid redundancy in coursework.
Contact CMU’s Prior Learning Office to verify your eligibility and determine eligible credits. E-mail a scanned copy of your certification to the Prior Learning Office. Credits will be applied to your degree after you complete 6 credits (2 courses) of your program at CMU with a 3.0 or higher GPA. There is no cost for the credits you are awarded in the Certification-to-Credit Program.
