Open Forums set for Vice President of University Communications and Chief Marketing Officer finalists
Candidates to visit campus next week
The Central Michigan University community will have the opportunity to meet with finalists in the search for the next Vice President of University Communications and Chief Marketing Officer. Following a national search, three candidates have been invited to campus to meet with various university stakeholders and attend open forums.
Members of the university community are invited to meet the candidates, learn about their backgrounds, and hear about their interest in this leadership position during the following forums:
Tuesday, April 29 - Mark Lane
3:45-4:45 p.m.
Health Professions Building 1259
Lane most recently served as the vice president for communications and marketing at Augusta University. Lane earned a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Texas Tech University.
Thursday, May 1 - Harlan Teller
3:00-4:00 p.m.
Health Professions Building 2023
Teller served most recently as the chief marketing officer at Northern Arizona University. Teller earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Northern Illinois University.
Friday, May 2 - Yolanda Bevill
1:45-2:45 p.m.
Health Professions Building 1255
Bevill currently serves as vice president for Marketing, Messaging and Engagement at the University of Texas at Arlington. Bevill has a J.D. from Texas College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Syracuse University.
