WORK-STUDY – Admissions Processing – Seeks Student Assistant
Duties Include: Reviewing and processing transcripts, imaging and scanning documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in admission procedures, shredding documents.
Skills Desired: Basic Microsoft Office skills and communication skills. Strong work ethic. Must be detail oriented. Ability to learn and operate various technologies.
Schedule: 15 Hours per week Flexible schedule during office hours, Monday – Friday, 8 am-5 pm

Duties Include: Attend to customers; answer the phone, run a cash register; receive merchandise; stock shelves; pull, process, and pack online orders; work events.
Skills Desired: Good communication and listening skills, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs., ability to stand for long periods of time, dependability, and willingness to learn new tasks.
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8a-5p; Summer, up to 40 hrs/wk. Position continues into the Academic Year, up to 20 hrs/wk.

WORK-STUDY – College of Health Professions Dean’s Office – Seeks Student Assistant
Duties Include: Sort and deliver mail; assist with copy machines by delivering and refilling with paper; assist in event set-up and teardown for College of Health Professions events; move furniture and equipment to/from storage locations; run on-campus deliveries; monitor and remove flyers from tackboards; complete classroom chair counts; report building issues, i.e., holes in walls, carpet spills, etc.; general office duties including occasional Excel spreadsheets; other duties as assigned.
Skills Desired: Ability to lift 40 lbs., courteous and professional demeanor; ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships and confidentiality; ability to work independently and complete duties with minimal direct supervision. Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a good work ethic.
Schedule: 8 hrs/wk (approximately 1½ hrs/day Mon-Fri) after 1 PM. Based on performance, this position may be extended into the academic year.

GSA – Recruitment & Admissions – Seeks Slate System- Student Assistant
Duties Include: Provide front-end user support for faculty, staff, and students utilizing the Technolutions-Slate (Customer Relationship Management) system. Monitor and manage data imports and feeds to ensure accuracy and reliability. Create and audit user accounts to ensure accuracy and functionality. Prepare and maintain end-user documentation to encourage effective use of the system. Offer general troubleshooting on assigned issues. Work with Team Leads to complete projects as assigned.
Skills Desired: Required: Excellent English communication (oral and written) skills. Ability to interact clearly and professionally with team and end-users. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel. (Examples: pivot tables, V/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, conditional cell formatting, data manipulation, and analysis.) Demonstrated use of critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research and effectively resolve problems. Ability to maintain professionalism in personal interactions, demonstrating accountability and dependability. Capability to work independently and effectively without significant supervision. Preferred: Experience providing end-user technical support, ideally with higher-education software platforms.
Schedule: 20-40 hours during the Summer semester (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)

WORK-STUDY – Social Work Program – Seeks Student Assistant
Duties Include: Serves as primary receptionist, answering the main phone line, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. Schedules advising appointments and assists in maintaining the office appointment system by adjusting appointments as needed. Maintains and organizes program electronic files and accesses information as appropriate for staff and faculty. Assists with designing and preparing program promotional materials, social media posts, and office bulletin boards.
Skills Desired: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to project a positive and professional image. Ability to work independently and to think critically. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, and ability to type and enter data accurately. Sensitivity in working with matters of a confidential nature. Graphic and/or desktop publishing skills are highly desirable. Previous office experience is desirable, and knowledge of the human service field is a plus. Social work majors are ineligible for this position.
Schedule: 15-20 hours per week as arranged by the supervisor. Work hours will primarily be between 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday.
