Deans, faculty and cabinet participants

All Central Michigan University deans, faculty and cabinet members are invited to participate in the investiture ceremony. Deans, faculty and cabinet members who wish to participate must complete the registration form below by Monday, March 3, 2025.

Schedule

Investiture ceremony

  • Time: 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
  • Location: Plachta Auditorium, Warriner Hall
    1200 South Franklin Street
    Mount Pleasant, MI 48859

Celebration and reception

  • Time: Immediately following the ceremony, beginning at approximately 11:30 a.m.
  • Location: Powers Hall Ballroom (next to Warriner Hall)

Deans, faculty and cabinet processional

  • Deans will begin lining up in Warriner 112 at 9:15 a.m.
  • Faculty members will begin lining up outside Warriner 210 at 9:15 a.m.
  • Cabinet members will begin lining up in Warriner 102 at 9:15 a.m.
  • The processional will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.

Regalia

All ceremony participants must wear academic regalia. If you do not have your own regalia and need to rent, please contact the CMU Bookstore by Friday, February 28, 2025 at ext. 7493.
