Commencement Tickets

Online ticket reservations begin on Monday, October 28th.  On that date, all eligible graduates will receive an email communication with instructions on how to reserve tickets.  Each graduate has the ability to reserve up to 5 tickets for their guests.  

Online ticket reservations close on Friday, November 29th at 11:59 p.m. Tickets will be released to graduates electronically starting on Monday, November 25th through the closing date.

Guests under three (3) years of age do not require a ticket. Tickets are for general admission. No additional tickets are available. All ceremonies will be live-streamed for family and friends to watch for those that are not able to attend in person.

Ticket reservation instructions

When ticket reservations begin, the following instructions can assist in the process:

  • Click the appropriate ceremony time at the bottom of the page (links will be posted when tickets become available). 
  • Enter the correct promo code.
  • Enter your Student ID number excluding any zeroes at the beginning.
  • Click the Find Tickets button.
  • Enter the quantity amount or click the + sign to add up to a quantity of 5.
  • Click Check out.
  • To access or sign up for your account go to https://cmich.evenue.net/signinand enter your email address and click continue
    • If you have an account already associated with the email you entered you will be notified by the system you will then request a code to sign in.
    • If you do not have an account associated with that email you will then follow the steps and fill out the information to complete account creation.
  • The one-time code will get sent to your email address, you may need to check junk or spam folder or make sure that the following email address no-reply@cmich.paclive.com is added to your Safe Senders List in your email settings. 
  • Once the code is received enter it where prompted to on signin page. 
  • After that, you will be logged into your account. 
  • You can then set up a password to have to log into your account OR you can continue to request a one-time code each time to login.

Tickets will not appear in your account until Monday, November 25th. At that time, you can forward your electronic tickets to your guests or print your tickets. 

If you forward a ticket multiple times, only the most recent forward will be valid. All other tickets forwarded will be void and not able to be scanned.
