Strategic Planning Process

The strategic planning process began in Spring 2010 with the development of the mission statement and core values These were approved by the Board of Trustees on December 2, 2010. The campus then focused on establishing a clear, positive vision statement that described what we aspire to be in 5 to 10 years. Next we focused on broad strategic priorities that will allow us to fulfill that vision. Specific initiatives were identified for each priority that will guide us toward achieving the priorities. The vision statement and priorities were adopted by the Board of Trustees on December 6, 2012. We are currently identifying metrics and targets for each of the priority statements.
