Strategic Planning Advisory Council

The Strategic Planning Advisory Council (SPAC) was one of two purposeful constituency groups that provided input and insight throughout the planning process.

SPAC consisted of members of the President's Cabinet, academic deans and other senior leaders. The council served as a sounding board for ideas and feedback throughout the strategic planning process. Engagement with this group strengthened the university-wide understanding of why change was needed and helped to build consensus among stakeholders during the process.
