Strategic Progress
Our key performance indicators
To support continued progress on the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan, CMU identified numerous operational benchmarks critical to the ongoing success of the institution. These key performance indicators, or KPIs, are measurable targets that indicate how well CMU is progressing toward institutional goals. At CMU, these KPIs fall into four categories: Enrollment, Financial, Institutional Outcomes and Key Benchmarks. Each KPI has a target or target range, a source of data, a frequency for measuring progress and an individual or office responsible for accountability.
