Site Search Powered by Google

After extensive research, testing and development, the Google-powered site search has been added to cmich.edu. 

Through Google Programmable Search, users can expect features such as:

• Google's core search technology and algorithm.
• Better understanding of search intentions, including misspellings.
• The experience and performance expected from the world's most widely-used search engine.

In addition to the benefits listed above, users will also notice the following related changes:

• Two main filtering options; People and Programs.
• No longer needing to scroll past filters to view search results.
• Search results ranked more accurately based on page authors' search engine optimization efforts.
