June 5, 2023: Website updates

June's initial website updates focused on fixes, improvements and adjustments following the larger version upgrade. They include: 

• Adding lazy loading to all images in layouts and widget.
  • This improves overall page load speed and time by reducing the number of images that need to be loaded as soon as the page is.
• Updating the color of the text "In this section" to be maroon for a better user experience and to continue to meet accessibility standards.
• Correcting an issue with the form captcha where it blocked form submissions.
• Removing the UCommerce module.
