June 29, 2023: Website updates

June wrapped up with updates to website formatting. They include:

• Adding the option to override the section names on program pages. 
  • This gives program pages more flexibility to be tailored to its program's content.
• Adding unique emergency alerts, which are easily distinguishable from the inline alerts.
• Fixing the formatting on the inline alert to include spacing and accept any text formatting, including the absence of text.
