December 7, 2023: Website updates

December's website optimizations and enhancements revolved around making the website more user friendly for both visitors and content creators. Changes include:

• Removing extra views from the button, news and program list widgets. 
• Merging the people and faculty profile importers to create one list that includes data from both.
• Adding a colored layout that can be used behind a content block widget.
• Adding a floating sidebar to the blog, event and podcast pages.
• Fixing an error with the people importer.
