February 22, 2024: Website updates

The Digital Strategy Team continues to make optimizations and enhancements to existing widgets including: 

• Updating the heading on the Image Card Callout widget for optimization.
• Updating the related programs section on program pages to resolve an issue where linked arrows were being orphaned on the next line.
• Fixing the padding on the z pattern layout on mobile devices.
• Eliminating calls to a removed JS file "contactInfo.js" from the directory widget. The file was moved into a JavaScript bundle, causing a "file not found error."
