Staff careers can be long, full of possibilities but also stress and challenge. In this workshop, we will discuss burnout as a culture problem in higher education that impacts individuals, especially women and underrepresented minorities, and examine strategies for building connection, boundaries, and balance.

Led by Dr. Rebecca Pope-Ruark, Director of the Office of Faculty Professional Development at Georgia Institute of Technology and author of Unraveling Faculty Burnout: Pathways to Reckoning and Renewal, this session offers actionable insights to help create a more supportive and resilient academic environment.
