Student Luncheon with Hacking College Authors

Join us for lunch with Ned Scott Laff and Scott Carlson, authors of the new book Hacking College: Why the Major Doesn't Matter--and What Really Does (Johns Hopkins University Press, February 25, 2025). Ned Scott Laff spent 35 years in academic affairs at a range of public and private institutions, working toward curriculum development and student success. Scott Carlson is a senior writer for the Chronicle of Higher Education.

This luncheon is part of the CLASS Hub Grand Opening celebration. The CLASS Hub connects current and prospective students, alumni, student organizations, and community stakeholders, creating seamless transitions from high school or community college, to CMU, to successful and satisfying careers.
