Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of nature at Central Michigan University's Biological Station. This is your chance to relax, reconnect, and reminisce with fellow alumni and friends while enjoying stunning views of Northern Lake Michigan.
*Programming, events and accommodations for the weekend are intended for adults and children 14 years and older.

Travel to the Island:
Ferry | Beaver Island Boat Company

• We invite all CMU Alumni and Friends participants to join Alumni Relations staff on the 2:30 p.m. ferry departing Charlevoix to Beaver Island on August 15th.  During this ferry crossing, we will host a meet and greet for CMU Alumni and Friends.
• Participants who are flying or taking a different ferry departure time will be asked to provide travel plans so that we may help coordinate ground transportation to the CMU Biological Station when you arrive on Beaver Island

Cancellation Policy:
If individuals need to cancel their Alumni Weekend on Beaver Island registration(s) or accommodation(s), a request for a refund must be made in writing to alumni@cmich.edu and received no later than 5:00 p.m. Monday, July 7, 2025. No refunds will be issued after this date.
