​​​​​​​​We are happy to take on the time-consuming task of coordinating with your carrier​​ on all aspects of your service. Due to the nature of our accounts, carrier representatives may need to reach out to us for authorization when releasing certain details regarding the account. 

Exchanges, Replacements & Returns​

You can exchange or return a device within 14 days from the date of shipment.​​​​​ If you have a defective device and your device is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, you can replace the device through a warranty exchange. 

​You can purchase insurance protection through any 3rd party provider.

Square Trade - Square Trade offers warranties for smart phones, laptops, and other electronics.

AppleCare Products​ - Purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan or AppleCare+ to extend the coverage on your Apple product.

To report a lost or stolen phone, contact our office by phone or email, or visit us at our location in Woldt Dining. We will work with your carrier to suspend your service immediately.
