Apparel, Novelty and Promotional Items

All apparel, novelty and promotional items bearing CMU trademarks and/or CMU logos must be purchased in accordance with CMU licensing program guidelines. Any vendor producing an item of this nature must be under a licensing agreement with CMU and CLC. Details on the licensing guidelines can be found on CMU's Promotional Items and Licensing page.

Purchases under $5,000 can be placed on a credit card with the vendors which have obtained a license through CLC. A complete list of vendors can be found on the CLC website. These vendors all provide competitive pricing, quality products, and excellent service to CMU. When ordering products of this nature, departments must follow the licensing guidelines set forth by University Communications.
