Faculty and Staff Exit Survey

We first wish to thank you for the service and dedication you have provided to the Central Michigan University community. We truly wish you the best in your future endeavors.

As a part of your offboarding process, we strongly encourage you to complete the Faculty and Staff Exit Survey. You are also able to participate in an Exit Interview with the Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Your experiences and opinions matter! Exit interviews are a crucial tool for an organization to gather and analyze data surrounding all aspects of your working experience. All feedback – positive, negative, or neutral – is extremely important and greatly appreciated.

If you have any questions about the process, please feel free to reach out to the Vice President for Inclusive Excellence and Belonging. If you are interested in scheduling an in-person exit interview, please email diversity@cmich.edu. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information in your message requesting an in-person exit interview.
