The ADVANCE Program at Central Michigan University aims to improve equity and inclusion for faculty by building an institutional culture of equity, creating transparent policies, and improving recruitment and mentoring practices which will benefit all faculty at CMU and ultimately extend to the entire CMU community.

We are funded by an NSF ADVANCE Adaptation grant and are the previous recipients of an ADVANCE Catalyst grant.
