Research: Preparing and Supporting Rural Educational Leaders: A Systematic Literature Review

To better understand what leadership practices best promote inclusive learning within rural spaces, a systematic review was conducted using Google Scholar and ProQuest ERIC searching tools to extract relevant works produced between 2014 and 2024. By examining the practices, programs, and policies rural leaders are facing, this study intends to provide a resource for educational leaders when approaching rural K-12 settings.
