April | Sexual Assault Awareness Month

April 1 - 30 | Volunteer Center

Letters for Survivors Campaign

  • Join us in writing letters of support to survivors of sexual assault. Turn in letters to SAPA to be displayed in the Volunteer Center windows.
  • Letters collected throughout the month of April will be displayed as messages to survivors in our community.

April 1

Sexual Assault Awareness Month Day of Action and Teal Day

  • Wear your teal in support of those impacted by sexual assault.

April 8 | 6:00 p.m. | UC Rotunda

Solidarity

  • Join us as we stand in solidarity with survivors of sexual assault. The night will feature live performances followed by a speak out event.

April 14 - 18

Social media campaign

  • Follow us all week long to learn more about sexual assault and raise awareness.

April 21 - 25

Sexual Assault Awareness Month display

  • Walk the sidewalk between the library and Fabiano Gardens to see a visual representation of sexual assault statistics and information.

  • Find SAPA's walking around campus displaying shirts made by survivors.

  • Wear jeans today and join the national movement to raise awareness about sexual assault and consent.
