Military Rate
We offer a military rate to eligible students
All active-duty military, reservist, National Guard members, their spouses, and qualified dependents receive discounted tuition rates.
Acceptable means of verification include:
Show active/guard/reserve military or dependent identification card to CMU Veterans’ Resource Center, OneCentral in the UC, or nearest CMU Education Center staff.
Provide a verification letter from your command reflecting the current status and end of service date for the sponsor and the relationship of the dependent.
Photocopies of U.S. Military identification cards should not be submitted and will not be accepted as verification.

A CMU education is an outstanding investment in your future. Currently serving members of the military and their qualified dependents enjoy reduced tuition for many programs, and we offer special need-based awards to veterans. We’re committed to helping you access the federal support you've earned.
