Weiler, Eric

Biography

Eric Weiler was born in Detroit, Michigan and grew up in the Detroit Metro area. He attended the University of Michigan and University of Michigan Law School. He worked briefly as an attorney before enrolling at Oakland University to complete his pre-med requirements. He also worked as a hospital nursing assistant and telemetry technician during this time. He obtained his M.D. from the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. He completed general surgery residency at University of Michigan Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Weiler is very happy to begin his career as a general surgeon in Saginaw. He has privileges at St. Mary’s and Covenant hospitals, as well as their affiliated ambulatory surgical centers. He is interested in all aspects of general surgery.
