Biography

Ihsan Al-Sabbagh, MD, is an internal medicine specialist with more than 15 years of experience practicing adult medicine. He received his medical degree from Al-Nahrain University College of Medicine in Iraq. He completed an Internal Medicine residency (the first two years) at Montefiore Mount Vernon Hospital, NY, and last at Yale-New Haven Health-Greenwich Hospital, CT. Also, Dr. Al-Sabbagh has good experience in managing skin diseases as he finished a residency in dermatology in his country before he came to the US. His areas of particular interest and medical expertise include outpatient preventive and screening measures, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, STI, COPD, rheumatological, allergic, and skin diseases.
