Biography

Jeanneane has taught at CMU in Interior Design since 1987 and is the current Interior Design Student Organization (IDSO) faculty advisor. Jeanneane enjoys working with students both in and outside of the classroom and has extended that to faculty-led trips to several locations around the world, the latest of which is Italy. In May 2025, students will travel to Rome, Florence, and the Islands of Morano and Borano to learn more about the arts, design and architecture in Italy. Jeanneane has enjoyed collaborative research related to the design of environments that support people who are aging and more recently, children who have autism.
