Biography
The administrative assistant/schedule coordinator manages the president's schedule by coordinating both internal and external meetings, appearances, and travel. She compiles, procures, and organizes materials for meetings and speaking engagements. She is also an initial point of contact for the office and manages most presidential correspondence. The administrative assistant/schedule coordinator is also responsible for performing a variety of other support tasks for the office.
