Biography
Shay’s career in education has spanned over two decades. She has encouraged students at a variety of locations in metro Detroit and as a floater in Global Campus. She is responsible for the efficient and effective administration of CMU Online Graduate open enrollment programs and encouraging students throughout their educational journeys.
Prior to joining CMU, Shay held a similar position at Northwood University.
Shay earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University in 2000 and completed her Master of Science in Administration with a concentration in Leadership at Central Michigan University in 2006.
Shay has a deep appreciation for students and finds interactions with students, faculty and the community to be most rewarding aspect of her position.
Shay enjoys reading, cooking, camping, traveling, and making soap during her free time.
