Thompson-Betz, Tisa

Biography

Tisa joined CMU’s Innovation and Online team in 2022 as an Associate Director of Online Student Services supporting programs within the College of Business Administration.  After seven years working in admissions at another university, she joined the CMU family in 2015.  Upon joining CMU, she served as the Coordinator of International Student Services and then moved into the role of Assistant Director of International Outreach & Recruitment prior to joining the Innovation and Online team.  Tisa enjoys collaborating with her team to help students achieve their personal, professional, and educational goals.  Being a part of a community devoted to helping students better their lives is very special to her.

Tisa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in International Relations, Japanese, and Political Science from Hope College. She also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Davenport University, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from CMU.
