Our program will help you understand your world and give you the tools to help make it a more peaceful place. You’ll learn how conflicts start and about efforts that have been made to resolve them. You’ll consider the special challenges posed by ethnic and religious conflict. And you’ll learn about the role of peacekeeping missions in resolving civil wars.
If you want to see the world, you’ll get plenty of opportunities. Learn from our internships, study abroad experiences and other programs. And put your skills to the test in our Model United Nations program.
The certificate program is open to students in any major and to students who are not seeking a degree.
Program Highlights
As student in our program, you can:
- Participate in international simulations of the United Nations. Our students have earned a number of awards at this event, including Distinguished Delegation.
- Build your global understanding by studying abroad.
