Injury Care Center
The Injury Care Center (ICC) is an athletic training facility located in the Student Activity Center (SAC) that serves as a clinical rotation site for students in the athletic training education program at CMU, providing them with hands-on experience. All students are supervised by athletic training faculty certified by the Board of Certification (BOC, Inc.) and licensed by the state of Michigan.
The ICC staff provides athletic training services to SAC members, including:
- Injury/illness protection
- Taping services (tape not supplied)
- Clinical evaluations
- Immediate and emergency care
- Rehabilitation for student members through Student Health Services referral
- Follow-up care
Walk-ins are accepted; however, appointments are required for rehabilitation services and preferred for nonemergency evaluations. Please call 989-774-2345 or email ICC-AT@cmich.edu to schedule an appointment.
