Carey Hall
Welcome to Carey Hall
Carey Hall, part of our Towers Community, offers a premium living experience with two-person suites that include a shared bedroom, a private bathroom and updated finishes. With two floors dedicated to first-year students, Carey Hall fosters a welcoming community where students can build connections and adjust to campus life. Towers Community halls, including Carey, close during Thanksgiving, semester and spring breaks. For housing during these periods, consider options in the East Community, which remains open during breaks.
*Please note that this rate covers housing only. Students are also required to select a meal plan, which will determine the total cost of housing and dining for the semester. Room rates for the 2025-2026 academic year will be announced after the CMU Board of Trustees approves them in the spring of 2025. Stay tuned for updates on next year’s rates and meal plans.
