Kesseler Hall

Welcome to Kesseler Hall

Kesseler Hall, part of our Towers Community, offers suite-style living with four-person suites that include private bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shared common area furnished with loftable furniture and air conditioning. This premium living experience provides upper-level students with comfort and convenience, located near key campus facilities to balance academics and campus life. Towers Community halls, including Kesseler, close during Thanksgiving, semester and spring breaks. For housing during these periods, consider options in the East Community, which remains open during breaks.

Cost per semester* $4,221.00

*Please note that this rate covers housing only. Students are also required to select a meal plan, which will determine the total cost of housing and dining for the semester. Room rates for the 2025-2026 academic year will be announced after the CMU Board of Trustees approves them in the spring of 2025. Stay tuned for updates on next year’s rates and meal plans.
