Burnout and Well-Being for Faculty: Having the hard discussions (Engage and Elevate Series)

Faculty careers can be long, full of possibilities but also stress and challenge. In this workshop, we will discuss burnout as a culture problem in higher education that impacts individuals, especially women and underrepresented minorities, and examine strategies for building connection, boundaries, and balance.
