Career Assessments
Foundational assessments
Selecting areas of study, identifying potential careers, or exploring career changes can be stressful and confusing. Start with identifying your interests, values, abilities, strengths, enjoyments, work-related environments and areas of growth. Simple lists can be created to yield a starting point when speaking with mentors, advisors and career professionals. After self-reflection is complete, a career assessment can help clarify interests, abilities, and values. The assessments below are available through the Career Development Center.
