Located in Thorpe Hall, the Honors Program LLC provides a built-in support system and enriching opportunities—such as study groups, community service, and social, educational, and cultural events—where you can live and learn with peers who challenge you to achieve your goals.

Multicultural Advancement Cofer Scholarship Residential Community

Located in Troutman Hall within CMU’s Towers Residential Community, the Multicultural Advancement and Cofer Scholarship Residential Community (MACRC) offers a close-knit, inclusive environment where students committed to academic excellence and community service live and learn with access to dedicated support services, a fitness center, dining options and academic resources.

Located in Beddow Hall within the South Community, the Business Residential College (BRC) connects business students through shared courses, leadership activities and networking opportunities to support academic and professional growth.

Located in Sweeney Hall, the EHS Residential College is a community that supports freshman and transfer students with core programming designed around each of these five areas- community, leadership, academics, service and scholarship.

Located on the second and third floors of Emmons Hall in the East Community, the Health Professions Residential College (HPRC) supports students pursuing health-related careers through academic programming, leadership development, community engagement, and volunteer opportunities.

School of Music Residential College

Located on the second floor of Herrig Hall, the School of Music Residential College provides a collaborative living environment for music majors and minors, featuring practice facilities, on-site academic advising, a residential restaurant and easy access to the Music Building, Kelly/Shorts Stadium and the Kulhavi Events Center.
